These terms govern your use of RecruitBridge. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

RecruitBridge runs AI-assisted first-round candidate screening over WhatsApp and voice calls. Results are decision support for recruiters, not a final hiring decision — a human reviews and decides.

Your responsibilities

• You must have a lawful basis and the candidate's consent to screen them, and you must provide accurate candidate contact details.
• You will not use the service to harass, discriminate unlawfully, or send unsolicited messages in breach of WhatsApp's policies or applicable law.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, and don't upload content you have no right to process. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in INR per the plan you select. Monthly usage caps apply; there is no overage billing. You can cancel at any time from account settings.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-product. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
