Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 October 2026
RecruitBridge ("we", "us") provides AI-assisted candidate screening over WhatsApp and voice calls. This policy explains what data we process, why, and the choices you have. It applies to recruiters who use the product and to candidates screened through it.
Data we process
- Recruiter account data: name, work email, organisation, and billing details needed to run your account.
- Candidate data you provide: résumé contents, name, phone number, and email, uploaded by the recruiter to screen a candidate for a role.
- Screening data: messages exchanged on WhatsApp, voice-call transcripts, and the scores and summaries our models produce.
- Technical data: logs, device and usage information needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
- To run first-round screening and produce ranked results for the recruiter.
- To send WhatsApp messages and place voice calls the recruiter initiates.
- To bill accounts, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
We obtain a candidate's consent before screening begins, and a candidate may opt out at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or declining the call.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors that run the service on our behalf — messaging (WhatsApp/Meta), speech and language models, cloud hosting, and payments — each bound to use it only to provide their service to us.
Retention
We keep candidate and screening data for as long as the recruiter's account needs it, then delete it on request or when the account is closed. See our Data Deletion page for how to request erasure.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise any right, email privacy@recruitbridge.ai.
