Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal data RecruitBridge holds about you. This page explains how, for both recruiters and candidates.

Recruiters

Closing your account removes your organisation's data, including uploaded résumés and screening records, within 30 days. To request this, email privacy@recruitbridge.ai from your account email.

Candidates

If you were screened through RecruitBridge and want your data erased, reply STOP on the WhatsApp screening thread, or email privacy@recruitbridge.ai with the phone number or email used. We will delete your screening messages, transcripts, and contact details within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What we may retain

We may keep the minimum records required by law (for example, billing records) and anonymised data that can no longer identify you.
